There is a lot of information out there concerning using chakra stones, energy medicine, color therapy and other self-healing methods in an attempt to heal the dis-ease within the body. All of these methods are capable of doing what is intended, but all are negated if thought forms are not also addressed.
Definition of Thought Forms
Thought forms indicate how you think about yourself, your environment, the people you like or dislike, what you think about the food you eat, what you think about your job, and the list goes on. Anything that runs through your mind and is attached to an emotion is considered a thought form. It is, however, not just your own mind that produces thought forms which can be either positive or damaging to you. You also receive these thought forms from everyone around you.
Think of yourself as a radio station able to tune in to multitudes of frequencies from close and long range. The thought forms from other people are picked up by you both empathically and telepathically, leaving you wide open to the damage negative thought forms can cause.
Blood Recipients
As an example, if you are ever in need of blood due to an accident or injury, you will be given a blood transfusion. This blood that you receive is donated by another human being who also carries thought forms of their own - both positive and negative. The blood is saturated with this person's thoughts and emotions, vibrationally encoded into the blood that goes into your body. This means you are receiving their thoughts and emotions through the blood transfusion.
Organ Transplants
If this is not convincing enough, consider the stories about organ transplants. There have been people who have been given body parts from others such as a heart, a liver, or a kidney and the recipient of the organ has unknowingly taken on some of the behavior of the person who once owned the body part. Their family and friends know something is different, but the cause is not always understood right away, if ever. The organ had the donor's thought forms vibrationally encoded into it, and the recipient has taken them into their own body. The difference in vibrational consciousness between the donor and the recipient could be the reason why some donated organs are rejected by the recipient's body even though all tests showed the organ was a match.
The Food You Eat
If you are a meat eater, it is important for you to understand the thought forms you are accepting when you eat any form of meat. Though you may not believe animals have thoughts and emotions, consider what their last moments were like before they were slaughtered. Their trauma is embedded into the meat you eat as well as any emotion they carried from how they lived and what happened to them while in captivity.
In a restaurant, anyone who handles the food you eat can also, without knowing, put thought forms into your food. Perhaps they have had a fight with their spouse, so while they are preparing your food, their thoughts are extremely angry ones. These thought forms are transferred into the food they are preparing and served to you. You are not just eating the food; you are also ingesting the anger.
Knowing Yourself
It is very important for you to learn to know yourself and what thoughts and emotions belong specifically to you. Oftentimes, the thought forms of others are uncomfortable in your body and you know something is just not right. Pay attention to this and realize you are receiving something unfamiliar from someone else. When this happens, cleanse yourself of any negativity you feel by using sage, showering, or by just putting out healthy intention to dissolve the unhealthy feelings.
What is Inside of You
You must realize that your own thought forms can cause dis-ease in your own body as well. Until your thought forms are healthy, always in a positive light, the healing modalities you may be working with will not work to their full extent. Pay attention to how you think. If you have a repeating thought such as "I will never be good enough for anyone," this needs to change because, through the universal Law of Attraction, you receive exactly what you send out. Any type of negative thought pattern should be replaced immediately with a positive one.
Make a list of the negative thought forms you seem to repeat regularly and replace them with positive ones. Write the positive ones out and put them where you can read them often. Soon, the positive ones will become natural and the negative ones will no longer be a part of you. You will then be on the road to good health.
