Every human being has phobias, emotional issues, ailments and illnesses that seem to have no rhyme or reason. Oftentimes, even Western medicine cannot find the cause no matter how many medical tests or psychological evaluations they use. It is possible to determine the reason for a specific issue by going through a past life regression.
Cellular Memory
Your body has what is known as cellular memory. Everything that has ever happened to you in this life and in all other lives is stored in your cellular memory. This memory is where natural talents come from such as being able to paint beautiful works of art, being phenomenal at business deals, or having some kind of psychic connection - all without any previous training. This is also where an affinity to a certain location or time period comes from. Your cellular memory stores it all, both good and traumatic memories, and there are times the traumatic memories can manifest themselves into something physical.
A Past Life Example
Let's imagine that you suddenly find yourself in the hospital for severe kidney dysfunction though you never had any previous trouble. However, when going over your medical history, you realize that you have been hospitalized four times for dehydration in a year. For some unknown reason, your body is not accepting fluids properly and it is causing kidney distress. Though Western medicine gets you back on your feet, it cannot seem to explain why you keep having problems and it is obvious that the problems are getting more serious.
You decide to try past life regression, setting your intention on discovering why you are having this physical issue. You find yourself living in Biblical days wearing skins for clothing, living in what appears to be mud-like huts in the dry, sandy desert and you are witness to the building of the pyramids. You are not famous; you are just a person who has huge family responsibilities. When you are brought to your death transition, you look up to see a huge wall of water coming at you and your mind tells you it is The Great Flood. Your regression ends there with the knowing that you drowned.
Analyzing What You See
There are questions you need to ask yourself after a past life regression. Using the example above, you might ask if you are afraid of large bodies of water, if you are afraid of storms, if you react strongly to photos of a tsunami disaster and, on the physical level, do you have an aversion to drinking water. The reason for these questions is to find a correlation between your health issue, your past life, and your fears and habits in this life.
You discover, in examining yourself more closely, that you are afraid of large bodies of water and cannot get the tsunami victims out of your mind. You also despise water and try every way possible to avoid drinking it. Since your body requires water to function properly and you drink very little, it is impossible for you to flush the toxins out of your body, thus causing dehydration and kidney problems. That great wall of water from your regression seems to have given you the answer to your physical problem.
Using the Knowledge
Getting rid of the physical problem once you understand the cause takes three steps. The first is to realize that what happened to you in the other life is no longer valid in this current life. Though you drowned, you survived to live another life which means you no longer need to give this memory any credence.
The second step is to convince your subconscious mind that this particular memory no longer serves you. Since our conscious mind tends to get in the way when we try to change things about ourselves, you need to keep it busy while you go in the back door to your subconscious mind. With a pen and paper, you would write, "I drowned in my past life and survived. I no longer need this memory surfacing into physical issues in this life." Writing keeps your conscious mind busy, while your subconscious receives the message. Do this sentence for two weeks each night before bed.
The final step is to believe that you are cured. This means drinking at least eight glasses of water each day. This will become natural to you, allowing your body to function as it was meant to without that particular past life memory taking over and causing your body to reject the needed fluid.
Every past life is different, so it is important that you set a specific intention concerning a health issue, then explore your regression thoroughly to allow yourself to fully eliminate the issues that plague you in this lifetime.
