No other letter in handwriting shows as many personality traits as the small letter t. There are twenty-one different areas of the personality that are shown in the formations of just this one letter. Changing the way you form this letter can change certain aspects of your personality including your comfort level in setting goals.
Underestimating Yourself
When the cross bars on your small letter t sit very low - even with or just above the other small letters in your writing - this indicates you are most comfortable with setting goals that are easy to reach. There is a lack of faith in your abilities showing with this type of t-bar crossing even if you are very talented. It is a disbelief that you can be successful, so success is usually limited when the t-bar is low.
Confidence in Yourself
If the small letter t has a t-bar that crosses about halfway up the stem of the t, it shows you have more confidence and are willing to tackle more practical goals. Low goals are easily accomplished, requiring little or no effort, so the practical, higher goals are more suited for you. These are mid-range goals without a lot of risk involved.
Risk Taker
When you cross your small letter t near the very top of the t-stem, it shows you have even stronger confidence in yourself and prefer to shoot for extremely challenging goals. This includes goals requiring a great deal of planning that you will not attain for a long time. Success is always within your vocabulary.
Daydreamers
If you prefer not to face the world, escaping into dreams where there is no risk involved, your t-bar will float above the t-stem. It will have no contact with the top of your small letter t. In this way, you will never let yourself or anyone else down as you do not have any goals to allow you to fail or succeed.
Staying in the Present
Perhaps your writing shows very short t-stems, about the height of the other small letters in your writing, with a t-bar that floats above it. This shows you have a difficult time seeing goals and the goals that you do set are mundane in nature such as writing a shopping list or deciding what clothes to wear the following day. Planning a trip two weeks into the future is your limit. Trying to go any further than that makes you go into daydreaming mode.
A Combination
In examining your handwriting, you may find that you have a combination of the traits explained above. This is perfectly natural. To determine the trait that is the strongest and has the most influence on you at this time, examine your small letter t in a full page of your handwriting. Make a list of the five traits, look at the first letter t, and place a tally mark next to the trait it shows. Do this with every small letter t in your handwriting and you will discover how you work at setting goals.
Attaining Goals
Just because you have set a goal does not mean you will attain it. If your t-bar is heavy and long across the t-stem, this shows enthusiasm and will power to complete what you have set up for yourself. If your t-bar is short and light, it lacks the enthusiasm and will power needed to move ahead.
Making a Personality Change
If you like what you see in your handwriting, you will have no need to change anything concerning your goals. However, if you determine that you are underestimating yourself or want to set and attain more than low, mundane or practical goals, make an effort in your writing to cross your small letter t at the level on the t-stem you prefer from the formations given above. If you want to also attain the goals you set, be sure to make your t-bars fairly long and heavy. It will not take long for the change you are making in your handwriting to become natural and to have these changes show in your personality.
